Is Artificial Intelligence included in the GC price?
No. AI is an optional module, enabled in seconds, billed on a flexible usage-based model — you only pay for what you use. GC plans work normally without it. See plans.
What exactly does GC's AI do?
It reviews and improves email text before sending; it generates an incident description from a photograph; it suggests budget figures based on historical data, with a clear rationale; it provides a 24-hour online assistant for owner questions; it explains an accounts report in plain language; it fills in a building's opening debts from the previous manager's files; and it lets you query your data from Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant.
Does the AI send emails or make decisions on its own?
No. These features are assistive: the AI proposes the improved text, the incident description or the budget suggestion, and the manager reviews and decides before anything is sent or approved.
Can I enable AI only when I need it?
Yes. The module is enabled in seconds and consumption is usage-based, so it can be used only during heavier periods — such as budget preparation or the general meeting season.
How do I connect my AI assistant to the GC?
In Claude's or ChatGPT's connector settings, add a connector pointing at your GC address. You are asked to sign in with your GC credentials and to authorise the access, and the connection is done. There is nothing to install and no keys to copy. This feature uses MCP, the standard AI assistants use to connect to applications.
Can the AI assistant change data in the GC?
No. The assistant only reads. It does not create, change or delete records — it has no way of doing so, because only query operations are made available to it.
What data can the assistant see?
Only what the user who authorised the connection already sees in the GC: the same permissions apply, building by building and screen by screen. Owner names are not disclosed unless the company expressly allows it in a dedicated setting. And the connection can be revoked at any time.
