How much does SolidSoft GC condominium management software cost?

The Startup plan costs €59 per month and includes up to 100 units. Small Business costs €99 per month and includes up to 200 units. Growth costs €129 per month and includes up to 400 units. Professional costs €159 per month and includes up to 600 units. Enterprise costs €199 per month and includes up to 1,000 units. Every plan includes Artificial Intelligence. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable legal rate.

Is there a plan for managing a single condominium?

Yes. The Home Edition plan costs €200 per year and is aimed at anyone managing a single condominium with up to 85 units and 1 user. It includes the backoffice, the mobile app and video onboarding. VAT is added at the applicable legal rate.

What is included in the professional plans?

The Startup, Small Business, Growth, Professional and Enterprise plans all include unlimited condominiums, unlimited users, Artificial Intelligence with 150 actions per month, residents' app and portal, customisable reports, Word Add-In, video onboarding and priority support. The Home Edition plan has a different scope: 1 condominium, 1 user and up to 85 units.

What is the difference between the plans?

Beyond the number of units included, Small Business adds the incidents module and the technicians' portal. From Growth upwards every module is included: incidents, technicians' portal, litigation and tax integrations. Growth, Professional and Enterprise differ only in the number of units.

Is the annual plan worth it?

Annual plans include 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and use 12. Startup is €590 per year, Small Business €990, Growth €1290, Professional €1590 and Enterprise €1990.

Are there setup or configuration fees?

No. Setup is free and includes video onboarding. There are no upfront costs and no activation fees.

What if I have more units than my plan allows?

Additional packs of 1,000 units can be added to your plan, without needing to move to a different solution. Each pack also adds 10 GB of document storage.

How much space do I have for documents and where are they stored?

Documents (invoices, minutes, occurrence photos and other files) are stored in cloud storage in the European Union, encrypted and with a daily backup copy at a second European provider, with no setup required on your side. Included: 5 GB up to 400 units, 10 GB up to 1,000 units and 10 GB more for each additional pack of 1,000 units, which is enough for most management companies. If the included space is exceeded, we notify you in advance and each additional 10 GB block costs €5 per month.

Does registering a condominium at proposal stage consume licence units?

No. The Prospective Client status lets you build quotations and simulations with no impact on licensing. Units only count once the condominium moves into real production.

Can GC send registered letters?

Yes. With Digital Mail, meeting notices, minutes, payment notices, receipts and other correspondence go straight from GC to postal delivery, as standard, priority, registered or registered with proof of delivery, with no printing and no trip to the post office. For registered letters, the registration receipt is available in GC. Postage is paid per item and can be charged to the condominium or covered by the management company.

Is Artificial Intelligence included?

Yes. Every professional plan includes Artificial Intelligence with 150 actions per month, at no extra cost: email review, incident descriptions from photos, budget suggestions, report explanations and more. Yes. The trial is free for 14 days, with no registration and no credit card, and nothing is charged automatically at the end.
