- Yes. The Home Edition plan costs €200 per year and is aimed at anyone managing a single condominium with up to 85 units and 1 user. It includes the backoffice, the mobile app and video onboarding. VAT is added at the applicable legal rate.
- What is included in the professional plans?
- The Startup, Small Business, Professional and Enterprise plans all include unlimited condominiums, unlimited users, backoffice and mobile app, customisable reports, owners' portal, file uploads, Word Add-In, video onboarding and priority support. The Home Edition plan has a different scope: 1 condominium, 1 user and up to 85 units.
- What is the difference between the plans?
- Beyond the number of units included, Small Business adds the incidents module and the technicians' portal. Professional adds the litigation module. Enterprise additionally includes the tax integrations module.
- Is the annual plan worth it?
- Annual plans include 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and use 12. Startup is €590 per year, Small Business €990, Professional €1390 and Enterprise €1690.
- Are there setup or configuration fees?
